It’s been 2 days and the developers are already talking about nerfing the newest edition to the team, Fuse. We’ve seen plenty of moments where players of popular games will find ideal strategies to capitalize on the abilities of new characters, punching holes in the flow of the game, and Apex Legends is no different.
Fuse has bombarded his way onto the scene in Apex Legends Season 8 with his explosive abilities. A new video has surfaced from Reddit demonstrating how dangerous Fuse’s abilities can be to isolate and take out enemies, even at great heights!

This video has shown off how powerful Fuse can be with the grenade launcher he has attached to his arm, allowing him to shoot off grenades at a striking distance. Furthermore, Fuse’s passive ability allows him to stack extra grenades in his inventory, doubling his explosive capacity!
The video shown on Reddit has sparked a comment or two from the devs of Apex Legends about a possible Fuse nerf in the future. Whether this was a cheeky comment or evidence of an actual nerf has yet to be seen.
