With the excitement of the highly anticipated futuristic shooter, Cyberpunk 2077, its safe to say that it will be popular on Twitch with streamers. There has been a lot of speculation on whether Cyberpunk will be able to be streamed on Twitch due to its mature content. At this point, it’s safe to say that it be appropriate for streaming with this new option that CD Projekt Red has announced for streamers.
Can You Stream Cyberpunk 2077 On Twitch?
CD Projekt Red has announced that during their latest episode of Night City Wire that players will have the option to disable some of the copyrighted music that could potentially get their videos pulled by Twitch.
This new streamer mode will allow players to relax if they plan on putting their content on Twitch, as they can assure that the content from the game itself won’t cause any problems with the streaming platform. If you have watched episodes of the Night City Wire, you are already aware that much of the music that is featured within Cyberpunk 2077 is curated specifically for this game. In other words, streamers shouldn’t miss out on too much of the music during their streams when they activate this mode.
What About All The Other Content In Cyberpunk 2077?
Cyberpunk 2077 has an ESRB rating of M for Mature. The most notable and problematic piece of content for streamers may be the nudity in-game that Cyberpunk features. With that being said, streamers shall be in the clear when streaming this content as long as it’s necessary for overall game completion. Meaning that if it’s a cutscene or a part of the game that’s unavoidable, you’re in the clear.
